COMPREHENSIVE SERVICE
This is a service that should be carried out every 12-18 months. Please note, prices apply to instruments with regular wear and tear and do not include polishing (tarnish removal). For instruments that require extra pads to be replaced; have extraordinary wear and/or damage; and for full polishing, we will need to inspect it in order to provide an accurate quote.

If you live in a regional area or interstate, it’s very safe and easy to send your instrument to us! All instruments sent to and from us are covered under our insurance, no matter which courier you use (just make sure to ask for signature on delivery); or for a small fee, we can help you arrange the pickup with our courier, offering you convenience and peace of mind.
OVERHAUL
Full Re-pad & Mechanical Restoration
PLEASE NOTE: Extraordinary repairs such as keys and toneholes that require re-soldering, catastrophic damage and dents, replacement of screws and steels, and bearing replacement will be quoted in addition to the overhaul price. All instruments will need to be assessed first for a quote.

OTHER REPAIR SERVICES
All other repairs or special requests are based upon examination and consultation. We'll present you with a recommendation and an estimate reflecting time and materials prior to doing the work. Only very minor repairs can be completed "while you wait". Our minimum charge for quick repairs is $60 unless covered by warranty.
